Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter

The promoter is Mountain Culture Beer Co Pty Ltd (ABN to be confirmed), in partnership with Play Travel Pty Ltd. The competition is administered by Play Travel on behalf of Mountain Culture Beer Co.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens at 12:00am AEST on the date of publication and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must visit the competition landing page and complete the following steps:

• Provide a valid email address
• Upload a photo of themselves enjoying Mountain Culture beer or an adventure experience (JPG or PNG, max 10MB)
• Optionally provide a caption for their photo

Each email address may only be used for one entry. Multiple entries from the same email address will not be accepted. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

5. Bonus Entries

After submitting an initial entry, participants may earn additional entries by completing the following actions on the competition dashboard:

Bonus entries increase the participant's chances of being drawn as the winner. Each bonus action can only be completed once per entry, except for referrals and bonus photo uploads.

6. The Prize

The winner will receive a New Zealand Alpine Adventure trip valued at over AUD $10,000, which includes:

• Return flights to New Zealand for two people
• Luxury mountain lodge accommodation
• Ski passes for Queenstown and/or Wanaka ski fields
• Helicopter alpine landing experience
• Adventure activities (e.g., jet boating, canyon swing)
• Curated travel itinerary by Play Travel

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable. Travel dates are subject to availability and must be taken within 12 months of the draw date.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on or after 7 July 2026. The draw will be conducted electronically. Each entry (including bonus entries) counts as one chance in the draw. The winner will be notified by email within 5 business days of the draw.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the initial notification, or if the winner is unable to claim the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

8. Photo Submissions

By uploading a photo, entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and publish the photo for promotional purposes related to this competition and future Mountain Culture and Play Travel marketing activities. Entrants warrant that they own the rights to the submitted photo and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

The Promoter reserves the right to remove any photo that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these terms.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected during this competition will be used for the purpose of administering the competition, notifying the winner, and marketing communications from Mountain Culture and Play Travel. By entering, participants consent to receiving marketing communications from both brands. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

10. Referral Programme

Each entrant receives a unique referral link. When a new participant enters the competition using a referral link, the referring entrant receives 5 bonus entries. Referral entries are subject to verification. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that appear to be fraudulent, generated by bots, or otherwise in breach of these terms.

11. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.
• The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or delays beyond its control.
• Entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from this competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
